Change from CSV to XLSX Format in Fulfillment WebApp
Documents in Fulfillment WebApp are now managed in XLSX format instead of CSV, improving data handling and ensuring greater compatibility with modern office tools.
How does it work?
- You can now upload files in Excel (XLSX) format.
- Save your documents in XLSX format for better management.
- All downloaded documents will be in Excel (XLSX) format.
- The interface will reflect the new Excel-compatible options.

Download the Reception Manual in PDF in Send Inventory
The option to download the reception manual in PDF has been added to step 1 of Send Inventory. Additionally, a mandatory checkbox has been introduced to confirm its reading, ensuring that users understand the procedures before proceeding.
How does it work?
- In the first step of Send Inventory, you will find a button to download the manual in PDF format.
- The manual includes usage instructions, best practices, and solutions to common issues.
- After reading it, check the confirmation checkbox to proceed with the process.
- This step ensures that users understand the procedures before moving forward.
Cálculo automático de inventario para kits
The inventory calculation for kits has been optimized to automatically reflect availability based on the product with the lowest stock. With this improvement, updates are synchronized in real time with marketplaces, ensuring accurate management and compatibility with kits that include multiple units of each product.
How does it work?
- Define the kit and its component products.
- The system automatically calculates the kit's availability based on the inventory of its products.
- Each time stock is added or removed, the inventory of both the kit and individual products is updated.
- Synchronization with marketplaces is executed in real time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Filter Orders by Reload Date
With this improvement, you can define from which date your orders are reloaded, giving you greater control over the information you view. By default, the platform displays the last five days, but now you can adjust the filter according to your needs.
How does it work?
- In the Orders section, click on the Actions button.
- A modal will open where you can select the date from which you want to reload the orders.
- After selecting the date, apply the filter and view only the orders relevant to you.
New Feature: Warehouse Appointment Scheduling
Now you can streamline the reception of your products with our new warehouse appointment scheduling feature, available for the MTY and CDMX warehouses.
How does it work?
You will find a calendar where you can select the date and time for your product delivery. Simply choose an available time slot, fill in the required fields, and confirm your appointment.
Walk-in Option
If you need more flexibility, you can choose not to schedule an appointment by checking a warning box. However, this will incur an additional charge on your billing.
