Reintegration of e-commerce

An e-commerce reintegration consists of adding your store's domain a second time in case of incidence due to an update or if recommended by the team.

When should I do a reintegration?

  • If there are connection or synchronization errors between your store and the platform.
  • After an update that has misconfigured the integration.
  • If the support team requests it as a solution to an incident.

Steps to perform a reintegration

1. Log in to your Envia Fulfillment account.

2. In the side menu, go to the section Integrations and select Integrate another store.

3. Select the e-commerce you want to reintegrate, enter your e-commerce store URL, and click Continue.

4. The store will reconnect automatically.

5. If a message appears asking to update information, accept that update.

It is not necessary to delete the original store before reintegrating.

This process does not generate duplicate products or affect your current orders or configurations.
