Generate and print product labels

Generate and print your product labels, whether barcodes or QR codes, to ensure they are properly labeled before sending them to the fulfillment center.

These codes are crucial for tracking your products in our fulfillment center, ensuring quick and accurate order processing.

Important: When sending your physical inventory, it is essential that all your products have the correct labeling. This is mandatory; otherwise, they will not be able to be entered into the fulfillment center.

To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Inventory > All Inventory, or simply click here.

1. You will see a table containing all your products. Find the product for which you want to print labels and click the button with three dots (...) next to its name.
2. Select the Print Barcode option.
3. Enter the number of labels you need and click Print.
4. Configure the printing settings (orientation, code type, format, and size) and click Print PDF.
5. A PDF file named “products_sku” will be downloaded. Print the file and place the labels on their corresponding products.
