Order and shipping statuses

Learn about the various statuses your orders may have in the fulfillment center and during shipping to ensure accurate real-time tracking for your online orders.

To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Orders > All Orders, or simply click here.

Order status

Here are the statuses your orders may encounter while being processed at our fulfillment centers:

StatusMeaning
CREATEDThe order has been registered in your account but is not yet visible to the fulfillment center.

Important: If the order cannot begin processing, possible reasons include:

  • PENDINGThe order has been confirmed and is visible to the fulfillment center, but processing has not yet started.
    PICKINGThe staff is currently gathering the items for the order.
    PACKINGThe order is being packed and prepared for shipping.
    AWAITING PICKUPThe order is awaiting pickup by the shipping carrier.
    SHIPPEDThe order has been shipped without envia.com. Tracking will be done directly through the carrier and will not be visible in your account.
    COMPLETEDThe order has been shipped via envia.com, and you can track it directly on our platform.
    CANCELEDThe order has been canceled and will no longer be visible to the fulfillment center.
    RETURNEDThe order has been returned by the customer to the fulfillment center.
    UPDATEThe order has been modified by the customer and is being updated in the fulfillment center system.

    Shipping status

    If your orders are shipped via envia.com, you can track them in real-time from your account. The possible shipping statuses are:

    1. CREATED
    2. SHIPPED
    3. DELIVERED
    4. CANCELED
    5. INFORMATION
    6. N/A
    7. PENDING
    8. PICKED UP
    9. OUT FOR DELIVERY
    10. LOST
    11. RETURNED
    12. PICKUP AT OFFICE
    13. DELIVERED AT ORIGIN
    14. DAMAGED
    15. REDIRECTED
    16. OUT FOR PICKUP
    17. 1 DELIVERY ATTEMPT
    18. 2 DELIVERY ATTEMPT
    19. 3 DELIVERY ATTEMPT
    20. RETURN PROBLEM
    21. ADDRESS ERROR
    22. UNDELIVERABLE
    23. DELAYED
    24. REJECTED
    25. 1 PICKUP ATTEMPT
