Order and shipping statuses

Learn about the various statuses your orders may have in the fulfillment center and during shipping to ensure accurate real-time tracking for your online orders.
To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Orders > All Orders, or simply click here.
Order status
Here are the statuses your orders may encounter while being processed at our fulfillment centers:
Status | Meaning |
---|---|
CREATED | The order has been registered in your account but is not yet visible to the fulfillment center. Important: If the order cannot begin processing, possible reasons include: Neceisdad de de add your bundles |
PENDING | The order has been confirmed and is visible to the fulfillment center, but processing has not yet started. |
PICKING | The staff is currently gathering the items for the order. |
PACKING | The order is being packed and prepared for shipping. |
AWAITING PICKUP | The order is awaiting pickup by the shipping carrier. |
SHIPPED | The order has been shipped without envia.com. Tracking will be done directly through the carrier and will not be visible in your account. |
COMPLETED | The order has been shipped via envia.com, and you can track it directly on our platform. |
CANCELED | The order has been canceled and will no longer be visible to the fulfillment center. |
RETURNED | The order has been returned by the customer to the fulfillment center. |
UPDATE | The order has been modified by the customer and is being updated in the fulfillment center system. |
Shipping status
If your orders are shipped via envia.com, you can track them in real-time from your account. The possible shipping statuses are:
- CREATED
- SHIPPED
- DELIVERED
- CANCELED
- INFORMATION
- N/A
- PENDING
- PICKED UP
- OUT FOR DELIVERY
- LOST
- RETURNED
- PICKUP AT OFFICE
- DELIVERED AT ORIGIN
- DAMAGED
- REDIRECTED
- OUT FOR PICKUP
- 1 DELIVERY ATTEMPT
- 2 DELIVERY ATTEMPT
- 3 DELIVERY ATTEMPT
- RETURN PROBLEM
- ADDRESS ERROR
- UNDELIVERABLE
- DELAYED
- REJECTED
- 1 PICKUP ATTEMPT
