Add product bundles

Add the product bundles set up in your ecommerce store to your Envia Fulfillment account to prevent order errors and inventory discrepancies.

A bundle is a set of products that has its own independent SKU. If you have already created bundles in your online store, it is important to also add them to your Envia Fulfillment account. This ensures that whenever you receive an order that includes a product bundle, our fulfillment centers know exactly which products to include in the order.

To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Inventario > Todo el inventario, or simply click here.

Add a product bundle

Manual method

1. In the top right corner of the screen, click the Actions button and select Bundles.
2. Click the Add Bundle button.
3. Select the store in which you want to add the bundle.
4. You will see a complete list of all products in your ecommerce store, whether they have been sent to our fulfillment centers or not. Find the product that contains the bundle you want to add and click Next.
5. Check the boxes for the products that are part of the bundle and set the corresponding quantities. Once done, click Next.
6. Review all the information to ensure it is correct and click Save.

Bulk method

1. In the top right corner of the screen, click the Actions button and select Bundles.
2. Click the Massive Import button.
3. Select the store in which you want to add the bundle.
4. Click on the Export CSV button. An Excel file named “Bundles” will be downloaded, which you must fill out with your bundle information.
5. In column A, enter the SKU of the bundles exactly as it appears in the product list of your ecommerce store.
6. In column B, assign a name to the bundle if the store is local. Otherwise, you can leave this column blank.
7. In column C, enter the SKUs of the products that are part of that bundle, listing each product on a separate row. You can leave the following cells blank in column A and B.
8. In column D, set the quantity of each product that will be included in the bundle.
9. Save the file and return to the platform. Click on the Import CSV button and upload the file in .csv format.
10. Finally, review the information of the bundles that you are about to add, and if everything is correct, click Save all bundles.

Edit a product bundle

1. In the top right corner of the screen, click the Actions button and select Bundles.
2. A table with your bundles will be displayed. In the Details column, click the edit button (“¡” icon) of the bundle you want to modify.
3. Click Edit and make the necessary changes to the bundle.
4. Once the modifications are complete, click Save.
5. To delete the bundle, simply click Delete. A green banner will appear confirming that the bundle has been successfully removed.

Important: These steps allow you to modify the quantities of the products already established in the bundle. If you want to add other products to the bundle, you will need to delete the current bundle and create a new one.
