Add messages to an order

    Add messages and documents to your orders to make specific requests to the fulfillment center, such as including notes or customizations.

    To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Orders > All Orders, or simply click here.

    1. You will see a table with all your orders. Locate the order you want to add a message to and click the button with the three dots (...) next to its name.
    2. Select Add Message to Order.
    3. Enter your message in the text box and/or attach any necessary files.
    4. When finished, click Confirm. A green banner will appear confirming the action.

    Done! Your message has been added to the order. The fulfillment center will receive your request and will accommodate it as possible.
