Create or edit order rules

Create and edit order rules to determine which orders are processed automatically, which are not, and in which fulfillment center they will be handled based on their characteristics.
What are order rules?
Order rules are conditions that help you automate the processing of your online orders. By setting up an order rule, you can specify which orders will be processed automatically and in which fulfillment center, based on the following criteria:
- Product Quantity: Based on the number of products in the order.
- Product SKU: Based on the SKU in the order.
- State: Based on the state where the order was generated (multiple states can be selected).
- Country: Based on the country where the order was generated (multiple countries can be selected).
- Order Tag: Based on the content of the order tag.
- Shipping Label: Based on the content of the shipping label.
- Logistics Operator: Based on the assigned logistics provider (e.g. Mercado Libre Full or other fulfillment providers).
Create an order rule
To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Settings, or simply click here.
- Scroll to the Store section.
- In the Order Rules subsection, click Add. A window with multiple fields will open.
- In the Condition field, select the criteria you want to use to filter or redirect your orders to a specific fulfillment center. You can choose from the 7 options listed above.
- In the Operator field, select the option that best defines the rule.
- In the Text to Filter field, enter the exact value (e.g. product quantity, SKU, status, country, order tag, shipping label, or logistics operator) that you want to use for filtering or redirecting orders.
- In the Actions field, decide what happens when the condition is met. Choose from these 3 options:
a) Send to Fulfillment Center: The order will be automatically sent to the selected fulfillment center.
b) Don't Send to Fulfillment Center: The order will appear in your account but will not be sent to a fulfillment center automatically. You will need to send it manually for processing.
c) Don't Show: The order will not appear in your account or be visible to the fulfillment center. - In the Priority field, set the rule’s priority level.
- After completing all the fields, a preview of your rule will appear at the bottom. Review the details, and if everything is correct, click Save.
Edit an order rule
To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Settings, or simply click here.
- Scroll to the Store section.
- In the Order Rules subsection, you will see a list of all your order rules, sorted by priority. Find the rule you want to edit or delete, and click Edit.
- Make the necessary changes and click Save.
- If you prefer to delete the rule, simply click Delete. A green banner will appear, confirming that the rule has been successfully deleted.
That's it! You have successfully created an order rule, enabling you to simplify and automate your order processing.
