Link products

Link your products from different sales channels to manage them with a unified inventory. This feature is especially helpful for those who sell the same products across multiple stores or marketplaces, where SKUs may differ. By linking two or more products, you can seamlessly receive orders from various sales channels while keeping your inventory synchronized.

Important: Before you begin, ensure that your main store is set up correctly. The platform will use this store's products as the main ones, and only these can be linked. You can change your main store at any time by following these steps.

To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Inventario > Todo el inventario, or simply click here.

Manual method

1. You will see a table with all your products. Locate the product you want to link and click the button with the three dots (...) next to its name.
2. Select the option Link Product. 
3. Choose the store where the other product you want to link is located, and select the corresponding product. Once done, click Next.
4. Confirm that the product information is correct, and click Save. A green banner will appear confirming that the products have been successfully linked.

Bulk method

1. In the top right corner of the screen, click the Actions button and select Link Products in Bulk.
2. Select the secondary store where the product you want to link is located. A list of unlinked products from your main store will appear.
3. If both your main and secondary stores use the same SKUs, the secondary product with the matching SKU will appear automatically. Verify these are correct, and proceed to step 7.
4. If the SKUs differ across stores, you will see the following message: "Product not found in the ecommerce". Click the pencil icon next to the main product to select the corresponding secondary product.
5. Choose the correct secondary product, and click Save.
6. Repeat these steps as needed to link all your main products.
7. Ensure all your products are correctly linked, then click Save.
8. A confirmation list will appear for the products to be linked. Click Confirm.
