Retrieve orders sent to the fulfillment center

Retrieve orders sent to the fulfillment center if you need to modify them or no longer want them to be processed.

To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Orders > All Orders, or simply click here.

Retrieve an order

1. You will see a table with all your orders. Locate the order you want to retrieve and click the button with the three dots (...) next to its name.
2. Select Retrieve Order.
3. Check that the order information is correct and click Confirm. A green banner will appear confirming the action, and the order status will be updated to "CREATED".

Resend an order

If you decide to resend the order to the fulfillment center for processing, follow these steps:

1. Click the green arrow button next to the order you want to resend.
2. Choose the fulfillment center where you want the order processed, and click Confirm.
