Send inventory to fulfillment centers

Easily send your inventory and optimize your logistics by following these detailed steps to ensure that your products arrive correctly at our fulfillment centers.
Before you start
- Register your digital shipment. It is necessary to register a digital inventory shipment on our platform before sending your products to the fulfillment center. Without this step, we won’t be able to properly receive your products.
- Verify your main store. Ensure that your main store is set up correctly. Only products from this store can be included in the digital inventory shipment.
If you need to change your main store, you can easily do so from your account.
Steps to complete the shipment
To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Shipping inventory > Send inventory
1. Choose your fulfillment center
- In the first dropdown menu, choose the country where the fulfillment center is located.
- In the second dropdown menu, select the fulfillment center to which you will send your products.
- Click Next.
2. Select the products to send
Manually
- Check the boxes of the products you want to send.
- Enter the quantity of each product to be sent.
- If necessary, add batches (e.g., if your product has an expiration date), follow these steps (optional).
- Click Next.
Massively (via CSV file)
- Click Export CSV button to download an Excel file with all your products.
- Remove the products you won’t be sending, leaving only the ones you will.
- In the columns of the file, add the following information:
- Barcodes
- Lote (opcional)
- Quantity
- Box/pallet number (if needed).
- Save the file and return to the platform.
- Click Import CSV button to upload the file, then click Next.
3. Specify how your inventory will arrive
- Choose whether you will send your products in boxes or pallets.
- Indicate how many boxes or pallets you will be sending.
- Click Next.
4. Assign products by boxes or pallets
- If you have more than one box/pallet, select the products that will go into each one.
- Click Assign products to box/pallet.
- Repeat this step until all your products are assigned to a box/pallet.
- Click Next.
5. Review details and confirm shipment
- Verify that all the shipment information is correct.
- If your products do not have barcodes, you can print labels directly from the platform.
- Select the products for which you want to print labels and click Print.
- Once labels are printed, attach them to the corresponding products.
- Choose how you will send your inventory:
- With Envia.com: Create your shipment with Envia and select your preferred carrier.
- Without Envia.com: Print the shipment sheet and attach it to the boxes or pallets.
Additional considerations
- Only send individual SKUs, you can add your kits once your inventory has been received.
- elling the same products on different stores/platforms, you can link your SKUs after your inventory has been sent.
- If you sell on Mercado Libre, you can associate multiple posts of the same product with a single SKU.
- No need to submit a digital inventory shipment for packaging materials; simply include them in any box/pallet.
