Send orders automatically
Table of Contents
Automatically send your orders to our fulfillment centers without any manual intervention by enabling the automatic orders feature. This streamlines the processing of your orders, allowing them to be dispatched more quickly, and ultimately reducing your delivery times.
Important: By default, the automatic orders feature is disabled when integrating an ecommerce store. If you do not enable it, you will need to manually send each order to the fulfillment center for processing.
Enable automatic orders feature
To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Settings, or simply click here.
- Scroll down to the Edit Stores section at the bottom of the page and select the store for which you want to enable this feature.
- In the Automatic Orders section, activate the feature by clicking the toggle switch (green indicates that it is enabled).
- Choose the fulfillment center where you want your orders to be automatically sent. If you want to route orders to multiple fulfillment centers, you can create order rules to define which orders go where.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
Important requirements
In addition to having the feature activated, for an order to be automatically sent to our fulfillment centers, the following conditions must be met. Otherwise, you will need to send it manually.
- There must be sufficient inventory at the fulfillment center for all SKUs in the order.
- The order must include complete customer information: address, phone number, and email.
- The payment status of the order must be "paid" or "cash on delivery".
- The order must not be marked as "processed" in your ecommerce store.
- The order must have been created within the last 8 days.
- The order must not be at risk of fraud.
You're all set! Now that the automatic orders feature is enabled, your orders will be automatically sent to the selected fulfillment center as soon as customers make a purchase in your online store.
