Set up ecommerce store
Table of Contents
Set up the settings of your newly integrated ecommerce store to optimize its use. Our platform provides a range of features and automations that allow you to customize your experience and simplify your fulfillment operations.
Upon successfully completing the integration of your online store, you will be automatically redirected to your store’s settings, which are divided into three sections: store settings, bundle creation, and rule creation.
Important: Although it is not recommended, you can skip these steps and set up your ecommerce store later.
1. Store settings
The first step involves setting up the basic settings of your ecommerce store.
- Assign a name to your store and choose the currency you would like to use.
- Activate the features and automations you want to use in your ecommerce store. Once finished, click Save.
Features and automations
Automatic orders
Activate this feature if you want your e-commerce orders to be automatically sent to our fulfillment centers. When activated, select the fulfillment center to which you would like your orders to be sent.
Important: In addition to having the feature activated, additional requirements must be met for an order to be sent automatically to our fulfillment centers; otherwise, you will need to send it manually. View additional requirements.
Store inventory management
Activate this feature if you want your store’s inventory to be automatically updated according to the inventory in our fulfillment centers. When activated, choose how to manage inventory: by physical quantities of available quantities of the products.
Automatic order grouping
Activate this feature if you want your Mercado Libre orders, which normally come separately by default, to be automatically grouped.
Important: This feature is available only for Mercado Libre stores.
Save only processable orders
Activate this feature if you want our platform to save only orders containing products that can be processed in our fulfillment centers. If you receive an online order with products not available in our fulfillment centers, this order will not be displayed along with the rest of your orders.
Confirmation email
Activate this feature if you want an email to be sent to your customers once their order has been processed.
2. Bundle creation
The second step involves adding bundles that are available in your online store, which you can do in bulk. Bundles are sets of products in your e-commerce store that have their own independent SKU. This ensures that when you receive an order that includes a bundle, our fulfillment centers know exactly which products to include in the order.
If you have not yet created any bundles in your ecommerce store, you can skip this step.
- Select the store to which you want to add the bundle.
- Click on the Export CSV button. An Excel file named “Bundles” will be downloaded, which you must fill out with your bundle information.
- In column A, enter the SKU of the bundles exactly as it appears in the product list of your ecommerce store.
- In column B, assign a name to the bundle if the store is local. Otherwise, you can leave this column blank.
- In column C, enter the SKUs of the products that are part of that bundle, placing each product on consecutive rows. You can leave the following cells blank in column A.
- In column D, set the quantity of each product that will be included in the bundle.
- Save the file and return to the platform. Click on the Import CSV button and upload the file in .csv format.
- Review the information of the bundles you are about to create, and if everything is correct, click Save all bundles.
To configure your bundles later, follow these steps.

3. Rule creation
The third step involves setting up rules for managing your ecommerce store. These rules help automate various processes related to your products, online orders, and shipments.
Product rules allow you to establish criteria and conditions to determine which products will be processed by our fulfillment centers in your orders, and which will not. Follow these steps to create a new product rule.
Order rules are conditions that allow you to automate various processes related to managing your online orders. Follow these steps to create a new order rule.
Shipping rules allow you to inform the fulfillment center about your preferred carriers, both for national and international shipments, so that they can use them when shipping your orders.
Once you have finished creating your rules, click Complete.
Done! You have successfully configured your ecommerce store, allowing you to make the most of our platform and simplify your fulfillment operations. Now that you have configured your ecommerce store, you can proceed to send your inventory to our fulfillment centers.
