Sync online store inventory with fulfillment centers

    Enable the store inventory management feature to synchronize your online store's inventory with the physical inventory stored in our fulfillment centers. This ensures that any changes made to the fulfillment center’s inventory are automatically reflected in your store, providing efficient and accurate product management.

    Important: This feature is only available for the following ecommerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Tiendanube, PrestaShop, and Ecwid. If you use another ecommerce platform, you will need to manually update your store's inventory as necessary, as this feature will not be available.

    To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Settings, or simply click here.

    1. Scroll down to the Edit Stores section at the bottom of the page and select the store for which you want to enable this feature.
    2. In the Store Inventory Management section, activate the feature by clicking the toggle switch (green indicates that it is enabled).
    3. Choose how you want inventory synchronization to be managed:
      a) Physical Quantity: The total physical stock available at the fulfillment center.
      b) Available Quantity: The physical stock at the fulfillment center, excluding items pending processing.
    4. Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

    That’s it! Now your online store’s inventory will be synced with the inventory at our fulfillment centers, ensuring that customers can only purchase products that are actually in stock.
