Track orders after they have been shipped

    Monitor your orders in real-time once they leave our fulfillment centers and head to their final destination.

    To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Orders > All Orders, or simply click here.

    1. You will see a table with all your orders. Locate the order you want to track and click the blue truck icon next to it. Note: This icon will only appear for orders with the fulfillment center status "COMPLETED".
    2. A window will open displaying all shipping labels associated with the order. Click the Shipping Label button to view or print the label.
    3. If the order was shipped via envia.com, you can track it in real-time directly on the platform. Simply click the Tracking URL button to be redirected to envia.com. You can review the 25 possible shipping statuses here.
    4. If the order was not shipped via envia.com, you will need to track it manually using the corresponding shipping service.
