View product history

Review the history of each product sent to our fulfillment centers for detailed information on all fulfillment processes it has been involved in.

To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Inventario > Todo el inventario, or simply click here.

1. You will see a table with all your products. Find the product whose history you want to review and click the button with three dots (…) next to its name.
2. Select the option Product Details.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Product History section. Here, you will see a table detailing all the fulfillment processes your product has been through, including specifics for each movement. You can apply filters to simplify your search.
4. To export your product's history, click the CSV button. This will download an Excel file named “product_history_{product name}”.

In the second column of the table, your product's movement could be one of the following:

a) Sent to fulfillment center
b) Received by fulfillment center
c) Used in order
d) Updated information
e) Counted by staff
f) Assigned
g) Linked
