New requirement

Do you want to implement a new development in Envia Fulfillment or WMS? You can request it directly from the Service Desk portal by creating a ticket. This option is focused on new developments that facilitate the user and operational staff experience within the platform.

Steps to generate ticket

  1. Login to the support portal Service Desk.
  2. Select the option New requirement.
    • This form is intended for the development of requirements within Envia Fulfillment or WMS.
  3. Fill in the required fields of the form:
    • Fulfillment Center: Select from which center you are reporting the problem.
      • Monterrey Mx
      • Mexico City Mx
      • Bogotá CO
      • Buenos Aires AR
      • Santiago CL
      • Laredo US
    • Platform: Choose from Fulfillment or WMS, depending on where the error occurs.
    • Title: Write a clear and concise title for your ticket.
    • Description: Explains the requirement in detail. Includes:
      • Examples of development (attach sample files)
      • The current status prior to the injunction
      • Because this need arises.
  4. Check that all required fields are completed (marked with an asterisk *).
  5. Click Send to register your ticket.

ℹ️ The more accurate and complete your description is, the faster your request can be solved. Include visual examples to facilitate the understanding of the request.
