Do you want to implement a new development in Envia Fulfillment or WMS? You can request it directly from the Service Desk portal by creating a ticket. This option is focused on new developments that facilitate the user and operational staff experience within the platform.
Steps to generate ticket
- Login to the support portal Service Desk.
- Select the option New requirement.
- This form is intended for the development of requirements within Envia Fulfillment or WMS.
- Fill in the required fields of the form:
- Fulfillment Center: Select from which center you are reporting the problem.
- Monterrey Mx
- Mexico City Mx
- Bogotá CO
- Buenos Aires AR
- Santiago CL
- Laredo US
- Platform: Choose from Fulfillment or WMS, depending on where the error occurs.
- Title: Write a clear and concise title for your ticket.
- Description: Explains the requirement in detail. Includes:
- Examples of development (attach sample files)
- The current status prior to the injunction
- Because this need arises.
- Fulfillment Center: Select from which center you are reporting the problem.
- Check that all required fields are completed (marked with an asterisk *).
- Click Send to register your ticket.
