Start using Envia Fulfillment (via API)
Although our platform is specifically designed and optimized to work with eCommerce platforms, if you have a custom-developed online store, you can still take advantage of the automated features our platform offers.
Below, we detail everything you need to do to connect via our API and take your business to the next level.
Create your Envia Fulfillment account
To get started, you need to create an Envia Fulfillment account, either in the production environment or the Sandbox environment (for testing). This will allow you to access all the tools we offer to manage your logistics operations.

Create your local store
Once you have created your account, the next step is to create a local store to process your orders with Envia Fulfillment. The local store will contain all the information about your orders and products.

Generate your API token
The next step is to generate your API token. This token will allow you to interact with the Envia Fulfillment API to automate the fulfillment process.

Send your inventory
Now that everything is set up, it's time to send your inventory to our fulfillment centers. You have two options:
1. Platform
If you prefer to send your inventory manually through our platform, check our guide.
2. API
If you want to automate the process and send your inventory via the fulfillment API, refer to our API documentation.
In our documentation menu, look for Inventory Orders > Create Inventory Order to get step-by-step instructions.
Notes to consider:
- To generate an inventory order, you need the list of fulfillment centers, which you can find in Warehouses > Get Warehouse List
- To generate an inventory order, you need the list of products, which you can find in Products > Get Products
- Product quantities must match the quantities in the boxes.
- If your products contain batches, the sum of all batch quantities must equal the number of products being sent.
Track in real-time
With Envia Fulfillment, you have full visibility of your orders and inventory, allowing you to track them in real-time from the platform or your mobile device.

Additionally, in this section, you can perform actions such as:
- Add messages to your orders
- Create manual orders
- Cancel existing orders
- Track orders after they have been shipped
