View and pay monthly invoices

Manage and pay your monthly bills directly from our platform, streamlining the process and gaining greater transparency and control over the billing of our services.

Thanks to our payment partner, Ecart Pay, your payments are guaranteed with the highest level of security and transparency.

To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. In the main menu, go to Billing Information, or simply click here. Then, select the corresponding fulfillment center from the list.

View Billing Information

1. You will see a table with all your invoices. Locate the invoice for the period you want to review and click the button with the three dots next to its name.
2. Select the option Invoice Details.
3. In this section, you can review a detailed breakdown of the costs for each fulfillment service (inventory receiving, storage, and order processing), as well as any applicable additional fees.

Pay Monthly Invoices

1. You will see a table with all your invoices. Find the invoice for the period you wish to pay and click the button with the three dots next to its name.
2. Select the option Pay.
3. You will be redirected to the checkout section, where you can view a detailed summary of your payment and complete it via bank transfer.
4. Click on Process Payment.
5. A unique order will be generated with a specific and exclusive CLABE for this payment. Take note of or copy the provided CLABE, as it will be your reference for completing the transfer.
6. Log in to your online banking or banking app and select the option to make a transfer.
7. Enter the required details:
   a) Provided CLABE
   b) Exact payment amount
   c) Reference (please use your company name as the reference).
8. Ensure all the details are correct and confirm the transfer.
9. The Ecart Pay system will automatically detect your payment, and once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. We recommend saving or printing the receipt for any future reference.

Important: The option to pay your invoices directly from our platform is exclusively available for fulfillment centers in Mexico (Monterrey and Mexico City).
