View and pay monthly invoices

Consult and pay your monthly bills directly from the Envia Fulfillment platform, gaining greater control, transparency, and convenience in the billing process.

Add billing information

View Billing Information

1. On the main menu, select Billing Information
2. Select the fulfillment center that corresponds (Monterrey or Mexico City).
3. In the table, locate the desired invoice and click the three-dot button
4. Select Invoice Details
5. Download the receipt to see the breakdown of:
   • Inventory Reception
   • Storage
   • Order processing
   • Additional fee applicable

Pay Monthly Invoices

1. In the invoices table, click the three dots next to the invoice you want to pay.
2. Select Fence.
3. You will be redirected to the payment screen, where you can see a detailed summary of your payment.
4. Choose your payment method:
   • Debit or credit card
   • Effective via Club Pago
   • SPEI bank transfer
   • PayPal
5. Enter the required details and click Process Payment.

Once the payment is made, Ecart Pay will detect it automatically and you will be able to download your invoice from the same section.

ℹ️ This functionality is only available for fulfillment centers in Mexico. It will soon be available for: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Laredo, and Spain.

Now you can manage and pay your bills easily and securely directly from our platform. Remember to make your monthly payments as soon as possible to avoid delays in your operations.
