Add shipping information to an order

Add shipping information to your orders if you have generated the shipping label yourself. This prevents our fulfillment centers from generating an additional shipping label and ensures that only your label is printed and attached.
Important: You can only add shipping information to orders with the following fulfillment statuses: PENDING or CREATED. Orders with any other status cannot have shipping information added.
To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Orders > All Orders, or simply click here.
- You will see a table with all your orders. Locate the order you want to add shipping information to and click the button with the three dots (...) next to its name.
- Select Add Shipping.
- Enter the following details:
a) Tracking number (required)
b) Tracking URL
c) Shipping label (required) - When finished, click Save.
That's it! Your shipping information has been added. Our fulfillment centers will use it to dispatch your order as soon as it is packed.
