Cancel an existing order

Cancel orders sent to our fulfillment centers if, for any reason, you no longer want them to be processed.
To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Orders > All Orders, or simply click here.
Cancel an order
- You will see a table with all your orders. Locate the order you want to cancel and click the button with the three dots (...) next to its name.
- Select Cancel Order.
- Check that the order information is correct and click Confirm. A green banner will appear confirming the action, and the order status will be updated to "CANCELED".
Reactivate an order
If you decide to reactivate the order, follow these steps:
- Locate the order you want to reactivate and click the button with the three dots (...) next to its name
- Select Reactivate Order.
- Check that the order information is correct and click Confirm. The order status will revert to what it was before the cancellation.
Resend an order
Once you have reactivated the order, if you wish to resend it to the fulfillment center for processing, follow these steps:
- Click the green arrow button next to the order you want to resend.
- Choose the fulfillment center where you want the order processed, and click Confirm.
That’s it! Now that you know how to cancel, reactivate, and resend your orders, you can manage your online orders with ease.
