Import orders in bulk

Import your orders in bulk so they can be processed quickly and efficiently in our fulfillment centers.

Important: Please note that you can only import up to 100 orders per Excel file.

To get started, log in to your Envia Fulfillment account. From the main menu, go to Órdenes > Importar órdenes, or simply click here.

Import orders

1. Select the store for which you will be importing orders and choose the fulfillment center where you want them to be processed.
2. Click on the Export CSV button. An Excel file named "Orders" will be downloaded, which you must fill out with your order information:
   
   Column A: Order identifier*
   Column B: Ecommerce status*
   Column C: SKU*
   Column D: Product quantity*
   Column E: Total price
   Column F: Currency
   Column G: Email*
   Column H: First name*
   Column I: Last name*
   Column J: Street*
   Column K: Street number*
   Column L: District*
   Column M: Identification number
   Column N: Country code*
   Column O: Country name*
   Column P: State code*
   Column Q: State name*
   Column R: City*
   Column S: Postal code*
   Column T: Phone number*
   Column U: Company
   Column V: References
   Column W: Insurance
   Column X: Shipping method
   
   *Note: Fields marked in bold and with an asterisk are required.
   
   
3. Save the file and return to the platform. Click on the Import CSV button and upload the file in .csv format.
4. Review the details of the orders you are importing. If an order is highlighted in red, there may be incorrect or missing information. To correct this, click the pencil icon next to the address and manually edit the data. Once corrected, click Save.
5. If everything is in order, click Save Orders. You will see a green confirmation banner indicating that the import was successful.

Done! You have successfully imported your orders. Our team will process them immediately to ensure they reach their destination on time and without any issues.
