Integrate Odoo

If you use Odoo as your e-commerce platform, connecting it with Envia Fulfillment allows you to automatically synchronize your orders and products, without the need to manually upload or update information. Here's how to do it.

Start integration

Everything starts from your Send Fulfillment Dashboard. In the left-hand side menu, you will find the section Integrations, where you will see the options to link an existing store or create a new one. Select Integrate store and the integrations portal will open, where you can search for your platform among the available options.

Type “Odoo” in the search bar and select the highlighted option. Guided setupThis version guides you with built-in instructions as you fill out the form, making the process much simpler.

Your store's data

The form will ask for some basic information about your Odoo account: your store's URL (e.g., https://tienda-demo.odoo.com), the name of your database, and the email address you use to log in. The last field, API Keys, is the only one that requires an additional step within your Odoo account, so we'll explain how to get it.

Generate your API Key in Odoo

To obtain this key, log in to your Odoo account and open the user menu in the top right corner. There, select My preferences and go to the tab Security. In the API Keys section, you will find the button Add API Key.

When generating a new key, Odoo will ask you to give it a descriptive name (something that will help you identify it later, like “Send Fulfillment”) and choose its duration. We recommend selecting Persistent Key so that the connection does not get interrupted over time.

Important: Once you generate the key, Odoo will display it on the screen only once. Copy it immediately and store it in a safe place, as you will not be able to view it again later.

Complete the integration

With the key copied and saved, return to the Envia Fulfillment form, paste it into the corresponding field, and click Create. At that moment, your Odoo store will be linked to your account, and from then on, orders and products will begin to synchronize automatically between both platforms.
